Don't start powerd at package installation.
Description of the change
I'm not sure why people try to install powerd on a desktop, but apparently some do (bug 1411972). This is one way to make its behaviour a bit friendlier, to not cause the package to fail to install.
Another way would be to add a dependency to lxc-android-config (as the powerd service actually requires that), but trying to install that on a desktop won't do much good either as it diverts a ton of important system files. Thus I think this is the "least bad" approach.

Alternatively, if you don't like this, I'm also happy with just WONTFIXing the bug, in the sense of "don't do that then". ☺
