Don't verify utouch-frame-test-mtdev with xmllint

When xmllint goes to verify the file, it normally downloads the DTD from
the internet. When building in a pbuilder networking is unavailable, so
xmllint fails.

Allow replay of device data through utouch-frame

This patch adds replay capabilities to test-mtdev.
If the specified device points to a valid evemu file,
the device properties will be extracted from that file
instead. Any appended event data will be replayed in
realtime. In practise, test-mtdev can be executed with
a test file.

Do not accept non-mt devices until emulation is in place

The current code accepts multi-finger non-mt devices such as
older synaptics trackpads, which breaks things since emulation
of these devices is not in place. Fixed with this patch.
