live-server: add answers for third-party drivers

Subiquity now has a component to control installation of third-party drivers.
Let's make sure we include the relevant "answer" section to prevent the
answers-based installation from hanging.

live-server: add new answer name for ubuntu-advantage / ubuntu-pro

The name of the "answer" for the Ubuntu Pro / Ubuntu Advantage token is
changing from ubuntu-advantage to ubuntu-pro. For now, we only add the new name
without removing the old one in the preseed files so that compabiility is
ensured.

We can remove the old ubuntu-advantage name later.
