mktemplates.base: add more logging to ease diagnosis for failed builds

After uploading 23.04.3, I observed build failures on amd64 when
executing mktemplates.base.

The build logs do not tell exactly what command failed to execute, but
so far I saw it fail when processing bg.po and hu.po:

This patch adds set -x so that the shell tells which command failed
exactly. Also it removes the redirection of errors to /dev/null so we
know what went wrong if the msgcat command fails.

Hide navigation buttons on last KDE screen with oem-config

When oem-config is run as part of an OEM install in a kubuntu
environment, the last screen (which shows progression) has clickable
Next and Back buttons (aka., the navigation buttons). Clicking on the
Next button makes the application crash with:

When doing a normal install, the Next & Back buttons are hidden on the
last screen ; which is the right thing to do.

The function that hides the navigation buttons is start_slideshow but it
only hides the navigation if a slideshow exists and is not intentionally
disabled.

When running oem-config as part of an OEM install, the slideshow does
not exist so the navigation buttons end up still being visible.

Ensure minimum available amount of memory available

Attempt to ensure that total available memory is at least 8GB
(preseedable value). Adjust partman-auto memory capping to result in
more swap, when available ram is under 6GB. Also set the calculated
value, such that partman-swapfile / zsys-setup can consume it.

Due to increased swap file size, also allow larger disk usage
percentage for swap. Small RAM machines, are likely to have less disk
space as well (2GB/128GB dual-boot scenario), and it seems reasonable
to continue to support them.

Do not install zsys on ZFS installation.

ZSys is unmaintained so remove it from the LTS.
The code is still there if it must be revived.

Remove the experimental zfs option

Due to priority changes zsys hasn't gotten much work over the recent cycles
and we that's not an option we want to advertize for the incoming LTS

And go back to the old layout listing directly the lvm and encryption
checkboxes on the mainpage instead of in a separate dialog.

nm.py: Stop forking udevadm and call GUdev to retrieve network adapter info

systemd 242-6ubuntu1 dropped a `/sbin/ubiquity` compatibility symlink
that we were referencing by absolute path. This broke ubiquity when run
on a system with a wireless adapter.

It'd be better instead to use a library to interface with udev, rather
than executing a subprocess and parsing its output. Let's modify the
code to do that instead.
