- Do not call the delete URL if there are no messages to delete (duh!).
- Process numbers split by "/" in the same entry, and also numbers in
  the UK which are incorrectly declared as "+44 0 ..." (no zero there).

Commenting out the logic which disables self-sending. People will
probably attempt to use it at first by SMSing themselves, so that's
actually a good thing.
