*Cleaned up/standard-compliantised several commandspecs for builtins.
*Added JsonFilter builtin.
*Changed "commandname" to "command_name" in grammar and affected files.
*Added type support to get_commands (and have get_builtin/get_alias calling that)
*Added weak ability to run commands from main executable.
*Finished Builtin.preprocess_args. Not tested.
*Fixed Filesystem*.subtree to not use os.path.walk.

Modified cli/filesystem provider to play a little nicer. Added builtins for node operations for simple "ls"-like operation (as well as an ls alias).
