* Made entries name to be unicode to avoid a faulty capitalization when using turkish locale (LP: #652939).

To test, you can try the code without and with this branch with the following:
* install language-pack-tr
* run in a terminal
$ killall ubuntu-sso-login; LC_ALL=tr_TR.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=tr_TR DEBUG=True PYTHONPATH=. ./bin/ubuntu-
