Description of the change
Small branch to fix missing refresh of whats-new on db reopen (e.g. after the software-center agent finishes).
This should also be backported to 5.0 I think. It includes a test, but to manually test, run:
$ rm -rf ~/.cache/
$ SOFTWARE_
and what until the agent finishes. Then you should see a refresh of the whats-new content.
