Add xenial to charmcraft definition so the charm is buildable on that series
Description of the change
Add xenial to charmcraft definition so the charm is buildable on that series.
I've done a test build and local deploy on LXC. I've confirmed the charm goes to an active/idle status, there no (significant) errors in `juju debug-log`, and I can connect to the influxdb instance on port 8086.
