Description of the change

When Juju sets up a node's interfaces it removes the line 'source etc/network/interfaces.d/*' from e/n/i. This prevents anything put into e/n/i.d/ from being 'ifup'd like the code a few lines down from the change.

This simply opens e/n/i and appends the line before trying to add the veth interface.
