This introduces a new type of hooks which are autogenerated. If the hook name looks like this: D09add_ppa~$person~$ppa (e.g. D09add_ppa~mir-team~staging), it will be autogenerated. Works both for private and public PPA (ps-jenkins user needs to have access to the private PPA).
