Add zip_safe flag to setup.py

We are providing django templates which django cannot find when the software
is installed inside of an egg zipfile. This means, additionally, that anyone
who install_requires on django_openid_auth and then gets their depends
installed via setup.py install or setup.py develop will get a completely
unfunctional install.

Setting zip_safe=False explicitly fixes this.

Report filenames in upcall errors.

Match other errors, which report filenames due to having exceptions
associated with them. Since these errors don't stem from exceptions,
it's harder to directly follow where the problem came from.

Don't use ac_abs_confdir in autoconf.ac

It's only available in recent versions of autoconf, and is not
documented.

Instead use things like srcdir and top_srcdir, which are documented
long-standing features of autoconf.
