modules and class definitions for statement coverage in files we are interested
in.

Migration from pigment-python-widgets branch of pigment-python to the scene
graph and widgets now included in the Pigment plugin of Elisa.
Adapted parts include:

- the Amazon tutorial and its code
- the Weather tutorial and the weather plugin
- the Shelf plugin
- the PigmentController of the pigment plugin

It also changes the list widgets uses due to the API modification that
happened earlier notably the use of set_model, set_renderer and the new
signal 'item-clicked'.

Fixes tests for the pigment plugin (they were all failing
for some reason):
  - Controllers need to be PigmentControllers
  - Mappings registration tests were assuming that no mappings were
registered apart from the test ones.
