clear path_importer_cache so that py2app step sees the ubuntu_sso
module that was built in the prepare step.

setup-mac adds 'installed/lib/site-packages' to the sys.path at the
beginning of the script, but if that path doesn't exist when the
script starts, it gets an imp.NullImporter instance in the cache and
won't be re-read unless we clear the cache after actually generating
the directory.
