linaro/build: change version extraction to handle +bzr.

The script that extracts the version looks for certain delimiters and
picks out a field based on that. Change to handle revisions like
gcc-linaro-4.7+bzr12345. Dumb the test down and remove prefixes
explicitly. A sed would also do the job.
