[r=lukasz][bug=757695] Enable requests for stats across origins.
Description of the change
Overview
========
Fixes bug 757695 by allowing requests for origin=any distroseries=natty for example, to return the stats for packages across various origins (ubuntu, canonical, commercial ppa).
There are more notes on the bug about the related issues we'll need to fix after natty.
