Fix registering as input method surface

QWindow::setVisible(false) was creating the backing QPlatformWindow too early, before the type was set. You can't set the type afterwards. Also all QWindows are visible=false at creation.

Remove all build-time mir dependence

ubuntumirclient QPA offers the features required:
- explicitly allow us to request input method surface (using a shared magic number, unfortunately Qt doesn't have any way to request an InputMethod-type window)
- use QWindow::setMask to designate the input region

Can remove MirInputRegionUpdater entirely as a result, and no need to depend on qtbase5-private
