Fixes crash on adding new participants to event
Description of the change
Fixes crash on adding new participants to event. The 'attendees.add' line was unnecessary as the add_guest method also adds to the attendees list and it was also causing Maya to crash because the attendee var would get deallocated in various circumstances.
