Day to date is now working except for argv parsing.

Got most of the mechanics for getting an input value out of the way. Now
checking needs to be added and the actual calculation algorithm.

Finally got the whole structure working. The top Makefile can know do
everything. All that's left is the actual code development. That's ridiculous.

The library Makefiles are initially complete.

Finally got the darn thing loading libraries. I hate C. Why in the world do
I need to make sure that libraries come after a file that uses it. That is
beyond stupid, the compiler should figure that order out for you.
