Once again I found an error in one test, fixing it resulted in just 3 bugs left: the three of them are all related to the same problem: bzrlib.Globber does not identified full path files (at least in my code): fixing it should fix the three remaining bugs

* Fix typo in SQlError (sqlite3.InterfaceError)
* Added constraint to verify backup destination and backup origin aren't the same. TODO: check up in the tree (right now, we're just comparing equality).
* Fix test to verify this last condition

* Added attribute files to createdb.SQLConnection: it contains the full path to every connected database
* Added global excluded extensions to excluded pattern in track_files
* Removed pyc extension from possible extensions in test/dummy_dir.py
