Updated the Event MonitorViewer TreeView to show TimeStamp, Interpretation, Manifestation and Actor columns

* Added class field self.entry to hold currently selected template
* Added class field self.events to hold the events fetched by this monitor
* Removed Ellipsize for ID Column
* Populated monitor_insert callback to process Event and store it in self.store which is used to populate Event MonitorViewer
* Create empty monitor_delete callback
* Populate start_monitor which starts the monitor
* Populate stop_monitor which stop the monitor

Created EventViewer for showing event details and a TreeView for showing monitored events

Additionally create a ZeitgeistClient instance and pass it around in all widgets.
Handled clicked event from Monitor Start/Stop button which enabled and disabled the respective buttons

Got filter template viewer enable/disable working and settings values too

* Created TimeRangeviewer Box
* Rearranged the table to provide it a better look
* Add set_fields_enable method to enable/disable fields (i.e. set sensitivity of widgets)
* Add set_values method method which maps the Event on the UI widget
* Added code to get the selected entry and the selection of an event template maps it to the UI
* Added Leave, Modify and Firefox events in Pre-defined event templates
* Added TimeRange and ResultType also in the predefined list of templates
