janrain: set password change to 0 by default.

Password is not set for this type of users anyway, but in case if authentication
method will change to internal, it will be needed to forse user to change the
password.

The reason why we set to 0 by default is cosmetic - to change the title of
the required field page to "Required fields", rather than "Change Password".
