Added partial support to templates, lots of other smaller changes in dumpReader.py
Now supports templates without parameters and with unnamed parameters,
does not support named parameters yet. Handles names with diacritics well
(important for Czech people). If you don't like the slow behavior of templates,
you can switch them off by setting self.processTemplates = False
