CairoBzr: Added a new applet (written in Vala, coded by SQP)
This applet will help you use and debug the next version of cairo-dock.
The tester interface will have options to keep up to date :
  - Get informations on new versions and commit details
  - Update and compile in one click.
  - Report compile logs to the forum.
The developer interface will also provide compilation helpers.
  - Open diff on selected target.
  - Compilation shortcuts to build only what you need.
