Ensure each product contains an os field

225. By Scott Moser

stream data: populate fields os_title, release_title, release_codename

These fields were added to a recent lp:simplestreams commit.
They should begin to appear in the cloud-images source stream, and then
be copied over to maas images stream when availalble.

224. By Scott Moser

add 'os' field to the stream data

if 'os' is present in the source data, we will use it
otherwise use 'ubuntu'.

This will probably need improving if ever there were non-ubuntu images present
here.

223. By Scott Moser

if copymods appears already installed, do not install

222. By Scott Moser

enable hwe-v (linux-generic-lts-vivid) kernels

cloudimg-sync: support 'enable_proposed' for mining d-i data from -proposed

This does not yet support adding -proposed to an image's apt sources
so that you could find kernel images from -proposed.

It does, though support getting d-i data fom -proposed mirror locations.
This is sufficient for the case (that is true right now) where
linux-lts-vivid is available in -updates of trusty, but the d-i kernels are
still in -proposed.

To enable this, just add 'enable_proposed: True' in conf/meph-v2.yaml.

netboot-mirror: add '--proposed' option for also looking at -proposed

219. By Scott Moser

Add support for scraping index pages with dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Some apache by default show date format in YYYY-MM-DD rather than
DD-mon-YYYY (where mon is the 3 letter abbreviation of month).
Example: 2015-06-04 rather than 04-Jun-2015.

Support restructured arm64/netinst

arm64/netinst layout changes landed from
  https://code.launchpad.net/~dannf/debian-installer/arm64-grubimages/+merge/253282
into
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-dev/debian-installer/ubuntu/revision/2057

Those changes require changes here to scrape new layout.
They for the new layout and retain backwards compatibility with the old.

netinst.py: only scrape supported releases by default
