Seed gst-fluendo to get MP3 support.
Description of the change
Seed gst-fluendo to get MP3 support; currently for GStreamer 0.10 as that's what current QtMultimedia uses, but need to switch to 1.0 ASAP.
This should also pull in liboil0.3 into the image, which is a small CPU optimizations library.
