Fix Bug #522991

Show the recipient of "wall to wall" posts

It simply appends " ▸ Recipient Name" to the sender's name. Not ideal, but I think it's the best that can be done without adding a "recipient" field to the dict returned from the backend. If nothing else, it's a proof of concept that the Gwibber devs can use as a starting point.
