Make the reset plugin dynamically visible and only make it visible when system-image-dbus is installed. Dropped depends to a suggests for system-image-dbus.

Make system-updates dynamically visible and only show it if system-image-dbus is available. Added an SystemImage.exists() function to determine if it's available for us on the about panel
