Description of the change
This branch adds a preference to 'Configure auto-upload' screen, to allow users force media upload on demand. In case of periodic sync, they can upload pictures quicker once; in case of instant sync, they may poke the upload mechanism in case connectivity is flaky or there are other unfriendly conditions - some users did reboot their phones to resume auto-upload, which is not something I expected to hear.
