Added a feature to enable getting cards by a descriptive string, such as "c:234 s:K". I've also added tests for Deck, which also implicitly tests most features of Card, but I'll add a test case for that later. There is one open bug which is fairly nasty. (Removing the wrong cards). I'll get to that when I'm finished adding tests for Card.

Fixed a small bug in Deck.retrieve_all_cards that would only get from the childrens first child

Guess we'll call it 0.1. Card history length can be set, and it recurses through the decks children. You can also retrieve all cards from the top-most deck, and it'll recursively retrieve from all children.

Decided to separate this out of a cardgame I'm writing, since an easy to use playcard library might be useful in many instances. Everything seems to work, but more testing needs to be done. I want to write automated tests for it, and there are still a number of features to add.
