Fixed Switching Statement in the .pro file to allow it to distinguish between win32 and unix systems.

Still doesnt work on Windows

I Cleaned up the branch. I removed the .DS_Store files, moved the .zip of the libraries to the bin folder and moved the config files to the media folder. Local compiled information was removed from the project.

Currently the code will not compile on win32. There are issues with QextSerial at compile time.
