Description of the change
Add a --launchpad option to "bzr merge-upstream" which makes it get the upstream branch location from Launchpad.

100 + * Retrieve the upstream branch URL from Launchpad if not specified or
101 + set in configuration. LP: #726460
It's controlled by --launchpad, and seem to be done unconditionally with that flag?
