Description of the change
This adds a basic textpage which can be used by NetworkManager to check network connectivity.
The existing http://
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN">
which could be sent by a captive portal.
This is for a new feature which is being discussed here:
https:/
My proposed page just use the default NetworkManager text.
Fedora however uses 'ok'. I don't know if using that string or a similarly short one would make this page more scalable.
