Description of the change
This branch updates the smoke test to use UTAH_CONFIG_DIR instead of
UTAH_CONFIG_FILE to create a configuration file that can be used to have
separate log files for each jenkins job. The reason for this is that the oem
test case was already using UTAH_CONFIG_FILE and the configuration file for the
jenkins jobs didn't take any effect.
Aside from this, a new variable is introduced in the configuration file to take
advantage of new 'ssh_logfile' configuration parameter. This way, each job also
has its own ssh log file.
This has been successfully tested for all the jobs in the new desktop branch:
