Description of the change
Misc updates including
1) switch to using cs for next and default bundles
2) Add new reactive services back into the bundles
(aodh, barbican, gnocchi, designate)
3) Add pike targets to default bundles

FWIW I've tested next and default with xenial targets and zesty targets - juju-deployer does the right things now with regards to setting series for units.
