This proposal has been superseded by a proposal from 2015-11-05.
Description of the change
One fix, which ensures that the identity-service relation data is updated inline with the changes that the sync process makes to the kesytone catalog, avoiding this data from being lost at a later date if keystone re-assesses relation state.
One feature, to enable use of status-set calls from the workload itself as a sync can be quite long running.
