Get rid of the stuff needed to switch between kconsole and the uspace UI.

Simplify the kconsole thread so that it only executes cmds from stdin.

Most of the functionality, such as history and line editing is done
in uspace now. The only interesting part for which we don't have
a replacement is tab completion.
