Modified UserStatistics to use a cached 'report' similar to custom reports for faster processing. This should speed up the page quite a bit. Also modified the stats on the user page to use this new report. The report will generate everytime all custom reports are generated. Can also be generated from the user statistics page or via the command line or using a crontab.
