Fix build on i386

A typo in a preprocessor macro prevented the software from being
built on non-64 bit architectures.

Process only data TCP

Processing all TCP (including control) was bringing problems with
the timestamps, and generating false results. This implementation
checks that there's data in the TCP packet.
