Remove Obsoletes: from the Percona XtraDB Cluster packages.

This is done to prevent commands like "yum install mysql" to want to
install Percona XtraDB Cluster instead.

Put contents of percona-xtradb-cluster.spec into percona-server.spec,
and then rename the latter to the former. This is so
percona-xtradb-cluster.spec in the future accepts percona-server.spec
changes from the Percona Server trunk.

Merge release-5.5.27-28.0 from percona-server.

This merge brings build/percona-server.spec, which will be moved (and
altered) to build/percona-xtradb-cluster.spec in the next commit, but so
