Added a more useful error message to holopy/scattering/third_party/SBESJY.F for when trying to calculate Hankel functions too far from a scatterer.
Added a boolean argument to __init__ within Mie.py to determine if far field calculations should be done.
Added an if statement to Mie_fields within mieangfuncs.f90 that determines if a far field calculation should be done.
Added test_farfield_holo to test_mie.py and renamed the test test_farfield_matr.
Updated tests in test_low_level.py to be deal with the extra argument in Mie().
