Wouldn't it be reasonable to just call it 0.6.3 instead? That seems to
be the standard case for "oops release X.Y.Z is broken, release X.Y.Z+1".

If this works for you, it seems fine to me.

I thought it was not so bad to fix it without incrementing version number, because windows installer had not been released yet.
But this would not be good manner.

I'll release it as 0.6.3, and resubmit this request.
