Description of the change
Updates the removed test suite code after the net package import change
As code.google.com is going away, the extra golang repos are all being moved. When removing the unclearly licenced w3c test suite, we cover but not fail on both locations for now.
The plan is to fix this upstream as we probably can use the option of a 3-clause BSD licence for this test suite.
Tested live on the juju-core-slave already.
Also removes one level higher of a github repo we're not using to avoid putting in an empty dir.
