Add object_type to the dict returned by get_garden_objects. Add do_new_animal_residence with a snazzy limit on number of times per a span of time it may be called and be executed. Rewards players who check rarely by upping their chance for a new animal to reside based on the time since their last call of this function.

Made do_new_animal_residence take a garden_id as an optional parameter. Uses the user's default garden ID. Added some checks to make sure the count of animals is right. Sometimes get_garden_animals was returning a dict (correct behaviour) but we werent expecting a dict. Also added a check for if a given object_id is a plant.

Add support for residency via do_new_animal_residence view. Another ajax call type view. Also add redirects to point the user down the chain, IE, from a failed @login_required to register to sign_in to view_garden.
