Added support for storing import status and retrieving.
Changed to using jQuery for parsing instead of storing data on in the "window".
Updated BibleGateway to handle the new site format.
Added jQuery library.
Other tweaks to start moving forward with using localStorage while waiting on
  Qooxdoo to catch up with ECMAScript 5 and IndexedDB.
