Got some sound from VM using the KVM's own sound card emulation and pulseaudio backend,
sound was then transferred via network. Sound quality is not really good.

Added fghc options -sysin and -sysout which tell the jumpstart script to redirect the executable
task input and output handles to the files accessible via host 9p mounts or external volumes.
The file provided as stdin redirects to handle 3, and handles 1 and 2 are redirected to the file
provided as stdout. Unlike the consdump file, stdout is not deleted when the job exits.
