Description of the change

This branch adds BUILD-INFO.txt to publishing step.
Also it adds scripts and EULAs which were lost during renaming mangle scripts.

The file you patch has fairly good comment in it:

# Note - since we stopped to use native Jenkins archiving,
# this script is no longer used

;-)

push-artifacts-set.mangle should be used instead.

Ok, and then probably no need to patch the artifacts-set.mangle? Can you please just remake/resubmit this merge request?
