Have MirSurfaceItems owned by CPP, not the V8 engine. This means JS garbage collection isn't used, so QML must explicitly call "release()" on the surface for it to be released.

This fixes a shutdown crash, and concerns I have that the garbage collector isn't cleaning up fast enough.

Qt5.1 and lower not having convenient profiling api, so only use it for 5.2. Now everything compiles.
