Attempts to complete the work on refraction/extinction.
Textual info on reduced magnitudes work for all (?) point-like and planetary objects.
Star fields finally work properly!

I don't know how to process Milky Way and the nebulous images, help welcome!

Extinction introduces a new entry in config.ini: [astro]/subhorizontal_extinction=(true|false).
If true, objects lower than -2 degrees are extincted with 42 airmasses (just below horizontal), if false, 0.
