Move the browser UX up into the environment view.

- Adjust the positioning to be absolute within the viewport content
- Show/hide the view-data div based on if there's details content to show/not.
- Known issues:
  - The browser-sidebar div is 100% and blocks the environment
  - There's some work to coordinate with moving over the default environment
  content to be beside the sidebar vs under it.

Fux hang after removing unit from detail view.

Fix the URL used by the navigateTo event at the end of _removeUnitCallback.
Adjust the "should clear out the database after a unit is removed" test
accordingly.
